Carlyle Compressors Provide Award-Winning Quality

When it comes time to replace a compressor, technicians can count on Totaline sales centers to deliver some of the best compressors in the industry – including Carlyle new and remanufactured products. And now more than ever, techs can trust Carlyle to deliver an outstanding product – their Stone Mountain, Ga. facility was recently named “Top North American Plant” by IndustryWeek Magazine.

 

The Stone Mountain plant, which is located near Atlanta, has been manufacturing and remanufacturing both reciprocating and screw compressors for nearly 10 years. The award came as a result of the plant’s dedication to building a quality product and enhancing customer satisfaction.

 

For Totaline Assistant Category Manager Bob Mann, this award comes as no surprise. “Carlyle consistently provides a superior quality product,” Mann said. “When technicians install a Carlyle compressor, whether new or remanufactured, they can rest assured knowing they have just provided their customer with an optimal product.”

 

For instance, Mann explained that when technicians install a Carlyle remanufactured compressor, they can be confident that they made the smart choice, because these compressors are completely remanufactured – never rebuilt or repaired and repainted like others. “Every part that goes into these compressors is UL-certified, covered under warranty, and built at the Stone Mountain facility alongside new Carlyle compressors.”

 

Stone Mountain Plant Manager Matt Walker is proud of his facility’s achievement, but chalks it up to Carlyle consistently providing exemplary customer service. “We utilize formal customer feedback tools to gain alignment on our efforts to satisfy customers’ needs,” Walker said. “Our continuous improvement initiatives are a way of doing business.”
