Indoor Air Quality a Winter Concern
Wintertime means that your customers likely have their windows closed and their heaters running. While this helps them keep toasty, it also creates some indoor air quality concerns, like dryness and airborne allergens such as dust and mold. It’s the perfect time to discuss IAQ with your customers, and offer them the products they need to stay comfortable throughout the winter.
Are you installing or retrofitting any furnaces this season? Then take that opportunity to discuss IAQ. New installs and retrofits are the easiest and most effective time to install IAQ. While you’re at the customer’s home, be on the lookout for IAQ issues.

He suggested that the checklist include questions about allergies, asthma, dry skin, and other health concerns.
