WWG Totaline Expands and Enhances its Laval Store

WWG Totaline recently renovated its Laval, Quebec, Totaline Sales Center, expanding by 5,000 square feet and completely revamping its design.

Initially opened in the 1980s, the store has added a training center and new shelving, signs and literature.

“We have adapted our store to better serve our customers, enhancing the store as a one-stop shop for HVAC/R supplies and equipment,” said Daniel Cloutier, regional sales manager for Eastern Canada for WWG Totaline.

Store renovations took place over three months, during which time the store remained open for business. WWG Totaline expects to renovate three other stores in Quebec.

Customers are impressed with the re-designed WWG Totaline store and find it more user-friendly.  “When people come in for the first time, they say ‘Wow!’” said Jean-Pierre Rodrigues, the store’s manager. “They can easily find everything they need.” Sales of tools and instruments have already increased.

Bob Carré, Totaline business development manager, added, “Our goal is to get our customers all the supplies and products they need quickly. With this revamped store, and with our knowledgeable counter sales associates, we offer our customers fast and reliable service.”
