It’s Big and It’s Here – the Totaline 2011 Win/Win Program!
You’ve been hearing that “something big” is on its way since December’s Beyond Repair, and the time has come for us to unveil the newest, coolest thing to hit Totaline® sales centers since FREE STUFF! Yes, folks, we’re talking about our brand-new Win/Win program, specifically designed with you, the Totaline customer, in mind.
This year, we’ve taken all the best parts of the FREE STUFF program and created the bigger, better and bolder Win/Win program. What does this mean for you, our customers?
“Technicians will still be able to get great free items for purchasing the products they use every day,” said Totaline Marketing and Training Manager Jim Flynn. “We’ll introduce a new, exciting free item each month, for a total of 12 throughout the year.”
Flynn added that this year’s free items have been chosen with technicians in mind. For instance, there will be several tool offerings added to the lineup of free items. “Techs will be able to get some really awesome tools when they meet purchase requirements,” Flynn said. “We’ll be offering tool sets, a saw, a cordless screwdriver, and even an air compressor. These are all things that are sure to help techs out in the field.”
Additionally, Flynn said that there will be new apparel offered this year that is perfect for technicians as well. “This year, techs can get a jacket and sweatshirt, both of which are ideal for those cold fall and winter days out on the road.”
But the most significant change from the FREE STUFF program to the Win/Win program? “What makes Win/Win really great is that technicians will have the chance to win, on a quarterly basis, a $500 Best Buy gift card,” Flynn said. He explained that each time a technician fulfils a purchase requirement for a free item, they will also be entered into the quarterly drawing for the gift card. Additionally, technicians will also have the option of entering their Totaline counter salesperson to win a gift card, too.
“One customer and one counter salesperson will be chosen at random each quarter,” Flynn explained. “We really are excited to offer this, both to the technicians who work hard in the field every day, and the counter salespeople who go above and beyond to meet our customers’ needs. We think this is the perfect way to reward everyone involved – it really is a win-win!”
